Nina is a Chartered Physiotherapist with over 15 years of experience working across both the NHS and private sector. She graduated in 2004 with a BSc (Hons) in Physiotherapy and has worked in a wide range of clinical areas including neurology, orthopaedics, respiratory care, amputee rehabilitation, post-surgical recovery, critical care, and pelvic health. In 2025, she completed a master’s level module at Brunel University London.
Most of Nina’s career has been spent within the NHS, where she developed extensive experience supporting people with complex physical needs and received two awards for outstanding patient care.
Her approach is professional, practical, and highly individual. She takes time to understand what matters most to each person, tailoring treatment around their goals, abilities, and everyday life. Nina believes physiotherapy should feel supportive and realistic, helping people improve confidence, maintain independence, and move more comfortably in ways that are meaningful to them.
She has advanced manual handling skills and is experienced in providing safe, hands-on support for people who require physical assistance with movement, mobility, or rehabilitation. This allows patients and families to feel reassured, particularly when mobility has become more challenging or confidence has reduced.
Nina provides physiotherapy sessions in the comfort of patients’ own homes, allowing treatment to take place in a familiar and practical environment. Home-based rehabilitation can often make therapy more relevant to everyday life, helping patients build confidence and improve function within the activities and surroundings that matter most to them. She aims to provide continuity of care, flexibility, and a calm, supportive experience tailored to each individual’s needs.
